Coaching for Managers, Founders, and Leaders

I work with a limited number of clients — the cost is $725/month (plus tax), and we meet weekly.

Note: all pricing is USD, but I also work with international clients.

This includes 1-hour coaching sessions plus quick questions & feedback during business hours via LinkedIn direct message or texting. Topics vary but include negotiation, reading the room, building internal operations, leadership communication, and listening to/championing your team.

I also use email, audio clips, and Loom (recorded video screenshare) to share personalized tips, resources, and guidance.

This subscription-style model:

- Provides transparent “all-in” cost so that we can focus on reaching your goals

Coaching for Job Seekers

Similar to individual coaching, I work with a limited number of job seekers via a subscription-style model — the cost is $325/month (plus tax), and we meet every two weeks and work on your job search throughout the month.

This includes 1-hour coaching sessions plus quick questions & feedback during business hours via LinkedIn direct message or texting. I also use email, audio clips, and Loom (recorded video screenshare) to share personalized tips, resources, and guidance.

You can expect relevant insights, context, and recommendations on things like:

  • Translating your skills & experience when switching careers, industries, or roles

  • “Reading the room” to notice what a company says vs. does

  • Positioning and customizing your application materials

  • Company and team trajectory & financials (what’s working, what’s not, how to read the room on leadership)

  • Key questions to ask during interviews that will position you as the right hire while surfacing any yellow and red flags

  • Past and current employees to reach out to (plus suggested talking points/messaging)
