Each training is customized – cost for a typical workshop is $3,250 including a 1-hour pre-workshop planning session. On-location training is available with a travel fee, contingent on COVID-19 safety protocols.

In this workshop, we focus on:

  • Practicing open and transparent internal communication to increase speed, trust, and alignment.

  • Optimizing your teams, tools, and technology stack in remote, hybrid, and flexible environments.

  • Effectively using asynchronous communication, including how to select and use messaging, project management, file sharing, voice notes, video screenshare, etc.

In this workshop, we focus on:

  • The basics of EQ, what it is, how to develop it, why it matters

  • Getting hands-on practice in EQ using real life examples

Listening To And Championing Your Team

Successful managers not only find ways to build relationships with their team, they also create moments of recognition and reinforcement in various spaces and places.

In this workshop, we focus on:

  • Reviewing strategies & tools you can use to get insight into your team.

  • Learning to use long-lead listening and 1:1s to build trust early and often.

  • Developing collaborative goal setting and metrics.

Building Blocks of Executive Communication

In the modern workplace & professional settings, leaders must find ways to talk about what they’re practicing and learning in a genuine, no-nonsense way that accelerates recruiting/hiring and creates a positive impression of their employer’s brand.

In this workshop, we focus on:
